Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced several characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past and JoAnn Cook, who is weaver and instructor in cooking. She is of Italian descent. Cook made her debut first in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
