Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian, is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Her parents were Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she immigrated to the United States. From 2013 to 2016, she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020. Her fame was boosted for her roles in television commercials. In addition to commercial appearances, she was a regular in the series of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). Also, she was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). After being cast in the TV pilot unaired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also plays Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native and is a Jew. Her parents and she left antisemitism at two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. When she was five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was in part due to the difficulties in the family's finances. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She she was able to get an GED and then went to pursue an Associate of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. With the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied improv comedy.
