Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16 1987 was an American comedian and actress. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 until 2012. Since then , she's starred in the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as on the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the child of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was the older of two children , and was born in New York City. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator and Chris Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her grandfather was Bob Elliott, a radio comedian. Her younger sister is an actress Bridey Elliott. Both were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended high school at Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut, where she performed in school plays as well as musicals. After graduation from Immaculate High School in 2005 She enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but quit during her first semester .In the year 2010, Elliott dated another Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. The couple split in September 2011. On September 3, 2016, Elliott was married on September 3, 2016 to Bill Kennedy, a television writer. They have a daughter named Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott started his comedy classes at The Groundlings. He then began his training and began performing in sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
